The Nipawin Hawks have signed Prairie Hockey Academy student-athlete Jacob Michelson for the 2023/24 Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) season.
The Moose Jaw, SK forward has spent the last three Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL) seasons with Prairie. During the 2020/21 U17 Prep season Michelson would record one assist in seven games.
The following U18 Prep season he would score 4 goals and assist on 10 more in 36 games. This season Michelson finished with 11 goals and 19 assists in 28 games. His 30 points were fourth amongst all Prairie skaters.
