University of Minnesota-Duluth Add Bodnarchuk

The University of Minnesota-Duluth have added former Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL) student-athlete Riley Bodnarchuk for the 2022/23 season.

Bodnarchuk spent two seasons in the CSSHL with Edge School. He would finish with 4 points in 17 U15 games during the 2014/15 season, before playing in 18 U15 Prep games in 2015/16.

The Okotoks, AB defenseman would join the Calgary Mustangs in the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) for the 2018/19, finishing with 12 points in 47 games. He would split the 2019/20 season between the Spruce Grove Saints and Fort McMurray Oil Barons, recording 22 points in 50 games.

Bodnarchuk would return to Calgary for the 2020/21 season, playing in 12 games and recording 7 points for the Mustangs during the COVID-19 shortened season.

In 42 regulars season games with the Okotoks Oilers this season, Bodnarchuk recorded 9 goals and 25 assists.

The University of Minnesota-Duluth is an NCAA Division I program competing in the National Collegiate Hockey Conference (NCHC) out of Duluth, Minnesota.
