Suppin Commits to NCAA Div III Program

Former Pursuit of Excellence (RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna) student-athlete Isaac Suppin has committed to NCAA Division III program College of St. Scholastica for the 2023/24 season.

The Kelowna, BC forward joined the Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL) for the 2016/17 U15 season. In 16 games with POE he would record 21 points, third most amongst his team. He would contribute six points in four playoff games as POE were crowned 2017 U15 CSSHL Western Champions.

In 2017/18 Suppin would suit-up for the POE U18 Prep team where he would finish with 6 points in 33 games. The following U18 Prep season he would add 20 points in 31 games. Suppin would return for a final U18 Prep season with POE in 2019/20, leading his team with 27 goals and 51 assists in 33 games.

Suppin would join the Canmore Eagles for the 2020/21 Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) season,  playing in just two games due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021/22 he would finish with 39 points in 60 AJHL games. Suppin would begin the 2022/23 season with Canmore, playing one game before heading north to play 16 games with the Drayton Valley Thunder. He would ultimately finish the season in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) with the Melville Millionaires, tallying 20 points in 28 games.

Located in Duluth, MN, College of St. Scholastica is an NCAA Division III program competing in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC).
