Brett Roloson Commits to Lake Superior State to L

Forward Brett Roloson has committed to the Lake Superior State University Lakers for the 2021/22 season.

Roloson spent three seasons in the Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL) with Shawnigan Lake School. He joined Shawnigan in 2015/16, spending that season and the following playing for their U17 Prep team. In 52 U17 Prep games he would tally 69 points, winning a CSSHL U17 Prep League Championship in 2015/16. In 2017/18 he would record 46 points in 35 U18 Prep games.

That season Roloson would play four British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL) games for the Cowichan Valley Capitals. He would make the jump to the BCHL full time the following season, joining the Merritt Centennials before being traded to the Powell River Kings in 2019/20. In 108 BCHL games Roloson scored 25 goals while adding 28 assists.

Lake Superior State University is an NCAA Division I program located in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. The Lakers are a member of the Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA) conference.
