Rink Hockey Academy (RHA) Kelowna Female U18 Prep team twins Annie and Jessie Burks have committed to attend and play for Rochester Institute of Technology (R.I.T.) Tigers for the 2021/22 season.
Originally from Sun Valley, Idaho, Annie and Jessie are in their second Canadian Sports School Hockey League (CSSHL) season with RHA Kelowna. Annie, a forward, has 3 points in 17 CSSHL games while Jessie, a defenseman, has recorded 2 assists in 13 games.
Annie and Jessie are the second set of RHA Kelowna twins to commit to the Tigers for the 2021/22 season, joining current teammates Jordyn and Kyla Bear.
Located in the town of Henrietta in the Rochester, New York metropolitan area, the R.I.T. Tigers are a NCAA Division I program playing in the College Hockey America Conference.
