St. Mary’s Academy student-athlete Lexi Schimnowski has committed to Mount Allison University for the 2023/24 season.
The East St. Paul, MB defenseman has spent the last three seasons in the Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL) with the St. Mary’s Female U18 Prep team. In 58 career games Schimnowski recorded 4 goals and 14 assists.
Schimnowski joins Shawnigan Lakes’s Charlotte Swanton, who committed to Mount Allison University earlier in the summer.
Located in Sackville, New Brunswick, Mount Allison University competes in the Atlantic University Sport conference of U SPORTS.
