Northern Alberta Xtreme (NAX) student-athlete Paige Ring has committed to Arizona State University (ASU) for the 2023/24 season.
Ring spent three seasons in the Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL) Female U18 Prep division with NAX. The St. Albert, AB forward joined the program in 2019/20, recording 11 points in 24 games. During the 2021/22 season Ring would score 7 goals and 7 assists in 27 games.
This past season Ring would finish second among all NAX skaters with 24 points in 30 games, including a team high 16 assists and 3 game winning goals. She would add an additional two points in three playoff games.
ASU is an ACHA (American Collegiate Hockey Association) Division I program located in Phoenix, AZ.
