The Everett Silvertips have signed Canadian Sport School Hockey League student athlete Ryan Hofer to a Western Hockey League Standard Player Agreement.
Hofer, 18, has spent the past three seasons attending the Pursuit of Excellence, most recently posting 51 points (26-25-51) in 35 games with their U18 Prep team, as well as adding two points (1-1-2) in two games at the 2020 BDO CSSHL Championships.
The Winnipeg, MB product netted 24 points (16-8-24) in 34 games during the 2018-19 season with Pursuit’s U18 Prep team, after registering 42 points (24-18-42) in 31 games with their Midget Varsity team during the 2017-18 campaign.
Hofer was not selected at the 2016 WHL Bantam Draft.
