Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL) student-athletes Carmen Bray and Kenzee Hope have committed to the St. Cloud State University Huskies women’s hockey team for the 2023/24 season.
Bray spent the last two seasons with the RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna Female U18 Prep team. The Nanaimo, BC defenseman recored 11 points in 26 games in 2021/22. She would follow that up with 22 points in 29 games this season. She would add 7 points in 10 playoff games over the last two seasons as RHA Kelowna captured back-to-back CSSHL Female U18 Prep Western Championships.
Hope joined Okanagan Hockey Academy (OHA) in 2018/19 and has spent the last five seasons there. She would spend her first three seasons with the Female U17 Prep team, tallying 10 points in 50 games. The Kelowna, BC defender would suit-up for the Female U18 Prep team in 2021/22 and 2022/23, finishing with 25 points in 54 games, including 16 points this past season. Hope would add four points in seven playoff games the last two season.
Located in St. Cloud, Minnesota, the Huskies are a NCAA Division I program competing in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association (WCHA) conference.
