The Prince George Cougars have signed OHA Edmonton student-athlete Kayden Lemire to a Western Hockey League (WHL) Scholarship and Development Agreement.
Lemire was selected in the second round, 37th overall at the 2023 WHL Draft. The Edmonton, AB forward spent the 2022/23 Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL) season with the OHA Edmonton U15 Prep team. In 27 games Lemire would finish with 63 points, seventh in league scoring. His 28 goals, 35 assists and 63 points were all team highs.
