The Milwaukee School of Engineering has added former Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL) student-athlete Sam Schoenfeld for the 2023/24 season.
Schoenfeld played two seasons in the CSSHL with Okanagan Hockey Academy (OHA). During the 2017/18 U16 Prep campaign Schoenfeld finished with 9 points in 32 games. The following season the Calgary, AB defenseman would score 3 goals and assist on 13 more in 36 U18 Prep games.
In 2019/20 Schoenfeld would head to the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) with the Camrose Kodiaks. In 114 AJHL games over 3 seasons with Camrose Schoenfeld would tally 7 goals and 23 assists.
