Lamb Joins SAIT

Former Northern Alberta Xtreme (NAX) student-athlete Noah Lamb has committed to the SAIT Trojans for the 2023/24 season.

Lamb joined NAX for the 2017/18 Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL) U16 Prep season. A sixth round, 118th overall 2017 Western Hockey League (WHL) Draft Pick by the Victoria Royals, Lamb would record 4 goals and 24 assists in 30 games. He would add two points in five playoff games as NAX captured the 2018 CSSHL U16 Prep Western Championship.

After playing in two Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) games with the Camrose Kodiaks and seven WHL games with the Royals in 2018/19, Lamb would join the Royals full time in 2019/20, assisting on 2 goals in 46 games. He would play six games with the team in 2020/21, again assisting on two goals.

He would start the 2021/22 season in the WHL with the Swift Current Broncos before finishing the year in the AJHL with the Drayton Valley Thunder. In 26 AJHL games the Edmonton, AB defenseman would tally 13 points.

This season in 44 AJHL games with the Thunder Lamb would score 1 goal and assist on 23 more.
