CSSHL alum Comrie signs with Rockets

The Kelowna Rockets have signed Canadian Sport School Hockey League alum Sean Comrie to a standard Western Hockey League (WHL) Player Agreement.

Comrie, 19, attended the Delta Hockey Academy during the 2015-16 season, compiling 33 points (14-19-33) in 34 games, while being named the 2016 CSSHL Midget Prep Top Defenceman. Comrie also added four points (1-3-4) in four post-season games, helping his team capture the 2016 CSSHL Midget Prep Championship.

The Edmonton, Alta. product spent the 2018-19 season with the University of Denver, registering one assist in 18 games. Prior to playing in the NCAA, Comrie spent two seasons with the Alberta Junior Hockey League’s Spruce Grove Saints, accumulating 52 points (12-40-52) in 102 games.
