Okanagan Hockey Academy (OHA) Female U18 Prep forward Halle McKinnon has committed to NCAA Division III program SUNY Canton Kangaroos for the 2021-22 season.
McKinnon has spent the last five years playing in the Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL) with Penticton, BC based OHA. She would join the program in 2016/17, spending three years with their Female U17 Prep team. In 74 Female U17 Prep games the forward would score 15 goal, adding 22 assists.
In 2019/20 she would join the OHA Female U18 Prep team, tallying 8 points in 35 games over two seasons.
