Lake Superior State University will add Okanagan Hockey Academy (OHA) student-athlete Emily Oakes for the 2022/23 season.
Oakes has played the last four seasons at OHA, joining the program in 2018/29 on their Female U17 Prep team. She would play three years with the OHA Female U17 Prep team, recording 6 points in 49 games.
The Penticton, BC forward would join the OHA Female U18 Prep team for the 2021/22 season, finishing with 2 goals and 2 assists in 27 games.
