Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL) student-athlete Gradey Hope has signed a Western Hockey League (WHL) Standard Player Agreement with the Brandon Wheat Kings.
The Wheat Kings selected the Kelowna, BC defenseman in the fourth round, 78th overall at the 2022 WHL Draft. Hope is in his third season in the CSSHL with Okanagan Hockey Academy. He joined the program in 2020/21, spending two seasons with their U15 Prep team where he recorded 10 points in 28 games.
This season at the U18 Prep level Hope has tallied 4 goals and 11 assists in 26 games.
