St. George’s School (2) vs Delta Hockey Academy Black (4) U15
Delta Hockey Academy Black have been among the most dominant forces in the U15 division this season, a fact St. George’s encountered near the start of the season, with DHAB beating SGS 9-2 in their only meeting previous to Saturday. Delta had won 12 of their last 13 games heading into their clash with St. George’s School, one that saw an evenly-matched first period be rendered moot by an explosion of second-period offence. DHAB grabbed goals in the middle frame from Sangjun Lee (1G, 1A), Zach Giles, and Wynn Carey to race out to a three-goal lead, one SGS couldn’t recover from. St. George’s third-period pushback was admirable, but ultimately in vain, as DHAB prevailed 4-2.
STAR Hockey Academy (0) vs Yale Hockey Academy (9) U15 Prep
Yesterday’s U15 Prep contest between STAR Hockey Academy and Yale Hockey Academy was a game that could be broken down into two distinct halves; STAR stayed in the fight early, but Yale rattled off 12 straight goals in the game’s second half to ensure a dominant victory. Yale made sure their victory was assured from the outset, with four first-period goals essentially the dagger in STAR’s chances at a Saturday victory. Yale’s explosion of third-period offence yesterday was replicated in part on Saturday with four more third-period goals putting an exclamation point on an eventual 9-0 win.
Notre Dame Hounds (1) vs RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg (5) U17 Prep
RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg started their U17 Prep contest in the perfect way on Saturday, with their play in the early stages building the foundation that they’d build on for the victory. Cole Ewonchuk (2G, 1A) scored 53 seconds into the game for RHAW, with Markus Knaub (2G, 1A) doubling the lead just minutes later, establishing RHAW’s control of the game from the outset. Both Ewonchuk and Knaub added another in the third and Brady Robert ended the game with 22 saves on 23 shots to earn his RHAW squad the eventual 5-1 win.
Coeur d’Alene Hockey Academy (2) vs RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna (6) U18 Prep
RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna’s U18 Prep squad had played five razor-thin games to start 2026, three ending in defeat despite consistently strong performances. On Saturday, though, RHAK pulled off their first dominant victory of the month, with four goals in the first ten minutes of the first period sending them on their way to the win. RHAK pulled their foot off the gas a little bit, hanging on to their early-established lead to eventually prevail. CDA made a game out of the last two periods, but the early deficit was too large for Coeur d’Alene to come back from. Kelowna saw themselves over the finish line with a 6-2 win.
Wenatchee Wild Hockey Academy (2) vs Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (11) U18 Prep
At long last, the Wenatchee Wild Hockey Academy’s U18 Prep squad won their first game of the season yesterday, prevailing over Shawnigan Lake School. The Pacific Coast Hockey Academy didn’t want to be the second team to fall to the 1-22-1 Wenatchee Wild this weekend, a motivation palpable in the way PCHA executed proceedings. Three goals from the Sea Devils in the first period alone started the party and the second period saw even more PCHA dominance. Parson Shahi (3G, 2A) and Roman Lavery (2G, 3A) led the way offensively for PCHA who ended the game with a 11-2 win.
Edge School vs Northern Alberta Xtreme U15
Edge School and the Northern Alberta Xtreme played a thriller in the U15 division yesterday, with Nixon Reid-Dinning scoring the overtime winner to propel Edge over NAX 4-3. Saturday was a similarly tightly fought. NAX led 2-0 through twenty minutes of play, but from that point on, it was Edge School’s game. The special teams did the damage for Edge, with two second-period power play goals bringing things back level. The powerplay popped up again early in the third period, with an excellent cross-ice feed from Josh Pomeroy hit Kyson Sylvester (1G, 1A) who converted the go-ahead goal and eventual game-winner in Edge School’s 3-2 win.
Notre Dame Hounds vs Edge School U17
The Notre Dame Hounds and Edge School’s U17 squads play thrice this weekend, with Friday’s 4-0 win for Edge School the first of the weekend series. Edge had lost just once since Notre Dame bested them way back on October 4, and early in the first period, it was obvious they weren’t going to suffer another loss. Edge led 3-0 through twenty minutes, a lead they’d only build upon from there. By game’s end, Edge had six different goal scorers contribute to their offensive output, with Levi Carter’s three assists leading the way to Edge School’s 6-1 win.
OHA Edmonton vs RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg U17
RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg bested OHA Edmonton 1-0 in overtime on Friday, with OHAE’s U17 squad still in search of their first win since their opening game of January. Since, they’d lost five straight, with Saturday their second of three consecutive games between OHAE and RHAW this weekend. The game was razor-thin through two, with OHAE holding on to a 2-1 lead. In the third, though, OHAE blew its wide open. Four powerplay goals in the third led OHAE’s way, with three points apiece from Tucker Porter (1G, 2A), Liam MacMillan (3A), Nate McRorie (1G, 2A), Darius Paradyil (2G, 1A), and Cayson Bruno-Morin (1G, 2A) as well as two goals from Hunter Jacob resulting in OHAE’s 9-2 win.
Shawnigan Lake School vs RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna Female U18 Prep
RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna have been incredibly difficult to beat this season. On Saturday against Shawnigan Lake School, SLS pushed them to the brink, but RHAK’s special teams carried them over their opponent. Hayley McDonald’s brilliant shorthanded goal in the first period gave RHAK a 3-1 lead at the time, and while SLS brought things back to 3-3 from there, they never managed to lead Kelowna. Brynn Rice (1G, 2A) scored on the powerplay in the third period for RINK Kelowna. They’d score one on two powerplay attempts, adding to five successful penalty kills and a shorthanded goal to see off Shawnigan 4-3 in a thriller.
Lower Canada College (6) vs Okanagan Hockey Ontario (0) East U17 Prep
Okanagan Hockey Ontario’s defensive walls didn’t last long against Lower Canada College on Saturday, as despite OHO’s admirable efforts, LCC’s offence forced their necessary goals over the line early and often. LCC outshot OHO 56-12 in the game, scoring two powerplay goals and one shorthanded goal for a total of six in their victory, led by a pair of goals from Alex Gervasi.

In the third, Fox (2G) struck again on the man advantage to give BWC breathing room, before North Shore mounted a late charge with goals from Vladimir King (1G, 2A), now up to nine on the season, and Nehemiah Plunkett (1G), but the comeback fell short as Blake Langdon steadied the game with 25 saves. Pratt, BWC’s top scorer coming in, was the offensive engine throughout, while Fox’s two-goal night pushed him into double digits on the season, helping BWC improve to 10-9-1-1 and earn some timely momentum against a North Shore side still searching for consistency.
