Former Northern Alberta Xtreme (NAX) forward Cole Wyatt has committed to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Rebels for the 2021/22 season.
Wyatt joined the NAX U16 Prep team for the 2015/16 season, and would spend the next two years with their U18 Prep team. In 108 Canadian Sports School Hockey League (CSSHL) regular season and playoff games Wyatt recorded 131 points, winning a U16 Prep CSSHL League Title in 2015/16, and a U18 Prep CSSHL League Championship two years later.
The UNLV Men’s Hockey program is part of the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) Men’s Division 1, and member of the Western Collegiate Hockey League (WCHL).
