The Brandon Wheat Kings have signed Ethan Eskit to a Western Hockey League (WHL) Standard Player Agreement after they selected the netminder in the sixth-round, 114th overall at the 2021 WHL Draft.
Eskit spent two seasons in the Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL) with Yale Hockey Academy. The Calgary, AB netminder suited up in 3 U15 Prep games during the 2020/21 season, recording a 3.96 Goals Against Average (GAA) and .806 Save Percentage (SV%). This past season Eskit recorded a 2.75 GAA, .907 SV% and 14-2-0-1 record in 18 U17 Prep games.
