The Lethbridge Hurricanes have signed a pair of Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL) BC products to Western Hockey League (WHL) Standard Player Agreements (SPA).
An undrafted netminder, Harrison Meneghin is heading into his fourth season with Delta Hockey Academy. The South Surrey, BC product joined Delta’s U15 team in 2017/18, playing 16 games while recording 0.907 save percentage and 1.97 goals against average. He would play 16 games at the U15 Prep division in 2018/19, and 3 for the Delta U18 Prep team in 2020/21.
Nolan Viesner has played the last two seasons for Yale Hockey Academy. In 2019/20 the undrafted forward would record 30 points in 30 U15 Prep games. During the 2020/21 campaign, the Kamloops, BC native would lead the Yale U17 Prep team in goals (6) and points (10) in 5 games played.
