Twenty-One CSSHL alums on NHL Central Scouting list

A total of 21 former Canadian Sport School Hockey League student athletes have been listed on NHL Central Scouting’s final ranking, which was released on Monday.

Bowen Byram is projected to be the highest drafted CSSHL alum as he sits second overall among North American skaters, while his former teammate in the CSSHL, Dylan Cozens, is ranked fifth.

The 2019 NHL Draft takes place June 21-22 in Vancouver. Thirty former CSSHL student athletes have been selected at the NHL Draft since 2012, including seven in the first round.
