Trio of Delta Student-Athletes Sign in WHL

A trio of Delta Hockey Academy student-athletes have signed WHL Scholarship and Development Agreements with their respective teams.

A forward from Nanaimo, BC, Ronan Gow has signed with the Lethbridge Hurricanes after they selected him in the third round, 50th overall at the 2026 WHL Draft. Gow captained Delta this past season while tallying 52 points in 30 U15 Prep games, earning CSSHL U15 Prep (BC/US Division) First Team All-Star Honours. During the 2024/25 season, Gow produced 14 points in 29 games while helping Delta capture a CSSHL U15 Prep Western Championship.

After being drafted in the first round, 23rd overall at the 2026 WHL Draft, defenseman Nathan Roberts has signed with the Swift Current Broncos. Roberts recorded 25 points in 30 U15 Prep games with Delta this season. The White Rock, BC product tallied 17 points in 36 U15 games in 2024/25 with Delta White.

The first defenseman selected at the 2026 WHL Draft, Eli Vickers has signed with his hometown Vancouver Giants after going to them at third overall. This past season Vickers led all defensemen with 22 goals and 62 points, earning the CSSHL U15 Prep Top Defenseman Award, and being named a CSSHL U15 Prep (BC/US Division) First Team All-Star. During the 2024/25 season Vickers was named to the CSSHL U15 Prep (BC/US Division) All Rookie Team after he posted 36 points in 35 games. He would add four points in five playoff games to help Delta win the CSSHL U15 Prep Western Championship.
