Six Sign in NOJHL

Six current or former CSSHL student-athletes have signed in the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League (NOJHL) with the Iroquois Falls Storm.

Joey Blouin joined Ontario Hockey Academy (OHA) U18 AAA team this Eastern U18 season. In 16 games the Quebec, QC forward recorded 3 points.

A forward from Calgary, AB, Charlie Crump originally joined Notre Dame for the 2019/20 U15 Prep season, finishing with 14 points in 30 games. He spent the 2022/23 U18 Prep season with OHA Edmonton, tallying 3 goals and 3 assists in 20 games.

Tyler Fairbairn, Isaiah Felix and Josh Gulden all spent this season with the Pilot Mound Hockey Academy (PMHA) U18 Prep games. A forward from Brandon, MB, Fairbairn finished the season with 5 points in 19 games. Spruce Grove, AB forward Felix would finish sixth in team scoring with 9 points in 29 games. A defenseman from New Ulm, MN, Gulden finished the season with 7 points in 11 games.

Forward Patrice Lafontaine played for the OHA Eastern U17 team in 2021/22. Lafontaine, who is from Timmins, ON, would score 8 goals and add 12 assists in 31 games.
