Six CSSHL alums invited to Canada’s virtual National Junior Team Camp

Hockey Canada has announced a roster of 41 players invited to its virtual National Junior Team Sport Chek Summer Development Camp, set for July 27-31.

Among the 41 players invited, six are former Canadian Sport School Hockey League student athletes, as goaltender Dylan Garand, defencemen Bowen Byram and Kaiden Guhle, along with forwards Dylan Cozens, Jack Finley and Seth Jarvis will attend the five-day virtual camp, participating in a variety of sessions with a focus on player development through online education.

Garand, 18, attended the Delta Hockey Academy from 2016-2018 and currently plays for the Kamloops Blazers.

Byram, 19, attended the Yale Hockey Academy during the 2016-17 season and currently plays for the Vancouver Giants.

Guhle, 18, attended OHA Edmonton from 2016-2018 and currently plays for the Prince Albert Raiders.

Cozens, 19, attended the Yale Hockey Academy during the 2016-17 season and the Delta Hockey Academy during the 2015-16 season and currently plays for the Lethbridge Hurricanes.

Finley, 17, attended the Pursuit of Excellence from 2016-2018 and currently plays for the Spokane Chiefs.

Jarvis, 18, attended the Rink Hockey Academy from 2016-2018 and currently plays for the Portland Winterhawks.
