The Kelowna Rockets have signed Hiroki and Kanjyu Gojsic to Western Hockey League (WHL) Scholarship and Development Agreements.
Hiroki played in the Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL) for the 2020/21 and 2021/22 seasons with St. George’s School. During the 2020/21 U15 Prep season the Langley, BC forward would tally 10 points in 6 games. The following season he would finish with a team high 29 goals and 51 points in 32 U18 Prep games. The Victoria Royals would select Hiroki in the second round, 23rd overall at the 2021 WHL Draft before trading him to Kelowna on May 31, 2023 for a second and fifth round pick.
Kanjyu joined St. George’s School for the 2022/23 CSSHL U15 Prep season. In 26 games the Langley, BC forward finished third in team scoring with 46 points. The Rockets selected Kanjyu in the third round, 48th overall at the 2023 WHL Draft. Kanjyu signed with Kelowna on May 30.
