Player Advancements: Pacific Coast Hockey Academy

The Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL) would like to congratulate the following current and former Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (PCHA) student-athletes on their advancement to the next step on their hockey journey:

Braden Blace: A defenseman from Duncan, BC, Blace spent the 2018/19 season with PCHA. He would split the year between their U16 Prep and U18 Prep teams playing 38 total games and recording 17 points.

Jack Bodel: The West Vancouver, BC defender joined PCHA for the 2022/23 U17 Prep season finishing with 17 points in 32 games. This past U18 Prep season Bodel had 1 goal and 7 assists in 28 games.

Brendon Hall: Selected in the 10th round, 200th overall by the Victoria Royals at the 2021 WHL Draft, Hall played four seasons for PCHA. He would tally 8 points in just 2 U15 Prep games in 2020/21 before leading his team with 59 points in 36 U16 Prep games the following year. In 2022/23 he would play 33 U18 Prep games and record 20 points. This season the Victoria, BC forward had 14 goals and 14 assists in 30 U18 Prep games.

Jaxsen Healey: Healey spent the 2022/23 U17 Prep season with PCHA playing 23 games. The Paradise, NL defenseman would record 1 goal and 4 assists.

Jase Johnstone: Johnstone joined PCHA for the 2021/22 U16 Prep season where he totalled 42 points in 35 games. The Whitehorse, YT forward would follow that up with 19 points in 28 U18 Prep games in 2022/23. This past season he would finish third in team scoring with 45 points, while his 21 goals in 30 games were a team high.

Nathan King: A defenseman from Victoria, BC, King played 36 U16 Prep games in 2019/20 tallying 4 goals and 15 assists.

Micheal Konechny: The Burnaby, BC defenseman played 32 U17 Prep games for PCHA in 2022/23, finishing with 13 goals and 18 assists.

Jackson Krill: Krill joined PCHA for the 2018/19 U15 Prep season. In 29 games the Port Moody, BC forward finished second in goals (15) and fourth in points (28) among PCHA skaters.

Aangid Manhas: A forward from Coquitlam, BC, Manhas played 32 U17 Prep games in 2022/23 tallying 8 goals and 19 assists for PCHA.
