Player Advancements: Indigenous Sports Academy

The Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL) would like to congratulate the following current and former Indigenous Sports Academy (ISA) student-athletes on their advancement to the next step on their hockey journey:

Dontae Bear: A forward from Ochapowace First Nation, SK, Bear joined ISA for the 2022/23 and 2023/24 U17 Prep seasons. In 56 games he recorded 17 points, including a career high 15 this past season.

Chauncy Jack: Jack spent the last two seasons in the CSSHL with the ISA U17 Prep team. In 35 games the Carry The Kettle First Nation, SK netminder went 13-18-0 with a .903SV% and 3.94GAA.

Daine Thomas: Like Bear, Thomas is a forward from Ochapowace First Nation, SK. In his two seasons with the ISA U17 Prep team he would tally 38 points in 58 games including a season high 25 during the 2023/24 campaign.
