Okanagan Lakers Add Little

Former Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL) student-athlete Jaden Little has committed to the Okanagan Lakers for the 2021/22 season.

Little joined the CSSHL in 2015/16 playing for the Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (PCHA) U16 Prep team. In 16 games the netminder would finish with a 0.907 save percentage and 3.11 goals against average. Originally from Nanaimo, BC, Little would head east for the following two seasons, playing for the Northern Alberta Xtreme (NAX) U18 Prep team. He would play 40 games posting a 0.908 save percentage and 3.56 goals against average while helping the Xtreme win a CSSHL U18 Prep Championship in 2017/18.

Little joins the Lakers having most recently played in the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL) with the Coquitlam Express.

The Lakers are an expansion team entering the British Columbia Intercollegiate Hockey League (BCIHL) for the 2021/22 season. As a collegiate transfer team, the Lakers are full time student-athletes registered at UBC Okanagan and Okanagan College.
