The Kamloops Blazers have signed Canadian Sport School Hockey League student athlete Luke Korte to a Western Hockey League Standard Player Agreement.
Korte, 15, attended the West Van Academy during the 2019-20 season, competing on their U15 Prep team where he recorded 59 points (19-40-59) in 28 regular season games.
During the 2020 BDO CSSHL Championships, the Saskatoon, Sask. product netted four points (2-2-4) in four games.
Korte was selected by the Blazers in the third round, 52nd overall, at the 2020 WHL Bantam Draft.
