Gizowski signs Standard Player Agreement with Spokane

The Spokane Chiefs have signed Canadian Sport School Hockey League student athlete Kooper Gizowski to a Western Hockey League Standard Player Agreement.

Gizowski, 15, has attended the Northern Alberta Xtreme the past two seasons, competing on their U15 Prep team. This past season, the Edmonton, Alta. product produced 51 points (27-24-51) in 29 games, while also adding a pair of assists in two games at the 2020 BDO CSSHL Championships.

During the 2018-19 season, the five-foot-nine forward recorded 32 points (15-17-32) in 29 games, along with three points (2-1-3) in five games at the 2019 BDO CSSHL Championships.

The Chiefs selected Gizowski in the second round, 40th overall, at the 2020 WHL Bantam Draft.
