St. George’s School (3) vs International Hockey Academy (5) U17 Prep

Eric Marks and Hunter Morgan traded goals less than two minutes apart as the first period ended tied 1-1. Minsuk Hou and Amadeo Sim (1G, 1A) would score second period goals for St. George’s while Luke Biletsky responded for IHA. IHA would then score three unanswered in the third as Jacob Horb (1G, 1A), Samuel Laplante and Michiel Leenders (1G, 1A) all found the back of the net. Luca Stegmann (28/31) made 28 saves in the win. 

Pilot Mound Hockey Academy (6) vs Indigenous Sports Academy (3) U17 Prep

After a scoreless first Mishikon Whiteduck, Holden Parada and Daine Thomas (1G, 1A) all scored for ISA in a span of less than three minutes as they led 3-0 after 40. Rachlan Hay (3G, 1A) would score for PMHA 2:01 into the third, Dwight Sawatzky (1G, 1A) would score 49 seconds later, and Ryder Stimson would score a minute after that as PMHA tied the game. Liam Chartrand would give PMHA their first lead a few minutes later before Hay would score twice to complete the hattrick and secure the come from behind victory. 

Shawnigan Lake School (4) vs Prairie Hockey Academy (5) U17 Prep

Eliot Compton (2G, 1A) would open the scoring 1:08 into the first and Brendyn Van Oene (1G, 2A) would extend the lead 4:23 later. But the game would enter the second tied 2-2 as Austin Wentz (2G, 1A) and Gage Nagel (1G, 1A) scored for PHA. Compton would regive Shawnigan an early second period lead before Cole King (1G, 2A) tied the game going into the third. Carson Usher would score for SLS just 15 seconds into the third but they were unable to hold the lead again as Kierin Osberg (1G, 1A) tied the game and Wentz won it late in the period. 

RHA Kelowna (2) vs Northern Alberta Xtreme (3) U17 Prep Quarterfinal

Jaxen Gauchier scored the lone first period goal and Cade Bolding added to the NAX tally early in the second. Brody Gillespie would respond for RHA Kelowna two minutes later and Tyce Wood (1G, 1A) tied the game late in the second. Eric Giesbrecht would score the eventual game winner midway through the third and Jordan Switzer (28/30) made 28 saves to secure the win for NAX. 

Delta Hockey Academy U17 (3) vs Northern Alberta Xtreme U18 (4) Female Prep

Lily Zohner scored 37 seconds in and Delta U17 led 2-0 after 20 thanks to a Sydney McIntosh (1G, 1A) power play goal midway through the period. Larae Benoit (2G) and Maria Ayre (2G) would respond in the second to tie the game but Delta U17 still led after 40 as Kira Bui found the back of the net late in the second. Benoit would tie the game late in the third and Ayre would score less than two minutes later to give NAX the win. 

BWC Academy (4) vs Okanagan Hockey Academy (3) U17 Prep Quarterfinal

Peyton Dorman opened the scoring just 27 seconds in and Ashton Beriana (1G, 1A) added to the lead 3:08 into the period as BWC Academy raced out of the gate. Hudson Closson would score midway through the first to see the game at 2-1 heading into the second. BWC Academy would score two quick goals to open the second as Trevor Oishi and James Campbell (1G, 2A) extended the advantage to 4-1 just 4:19 in. Jacob Selent would respond for OHA with 1:02 remaining in the period. Leonardo Biafore would get OHA within one with less than five minutes remaining in the game but they were unable to beat Josh Vallee (18/21) again to find the equalizer. 

Edge School (3) vs Delta Hockey Academy (4) U17 Prep Quarterfinal

Evan Auld would score the lone first period goal and James Deegan would score 2:39 into the second as Edge led 2-0. Dane Pyatt would get Delta on the board midway through the second but Landon DuPont would respond two minutes later for Edge. However, the game would enter the third tied 3-3 as Isa Guram (2G, 1A) and Ryan Lin both scored in the final minutes. Guram would score midway through the third to give Delta a 4-3 win. 

Shawnigan Lake School U18 (4) vs Delta Hockey Academy U18 (3) Female Prep

Jordan Baxter (2G, 1A) opened the scoring 17:25 but Abby Whitworth tied the game 19 seconds later as the game entered the second tied 1-1. Arnica Bulmer (1G, 2A) would give Shawnigan the lead 1:04 into the second and Mikayla Boarder (1G, 1A) and Charlotte Swanton would add second period goals as Shawnigan led 4-1 heading into the third. Delta would attempt to mount a comeback as Holly Magnus and Baxter would each score in the third but Lauren Mackay (35/38) would shut the door the rest of the way as Shawnigan held on for a 4-3 win. 

Coeur d’Alene Hockey Academy (4) vs OHA Edmonton (3) U17 Prep

The game was tied 3-3 late in the third period. Dylan Konschuh scored twice for OHA Edmonton and Aiden Petherick added a solo tally. On the other side, Alex Clark scored a pair of goals for Coeur d’Alene and Aaron Romance scored the third goal. Ryan Turner notched the game winner for CDA with minutes remaining in regulation.

Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (3) vs Yale Hockey Academy U17 (4) Prep Quarterfinal

Kainoah Brankovic had four points, with two goals and two assists for Yale Hockey Academy while Lucas Biros added the game-winning goal in the third period. Michael Konechny picked up two goals and a helper for Pacific Coast Hockey Academy in the loss. 

Pilot Mound Hockey Academy U18 (2) vs Okanagan Hockey Academy U18 (9) Female Prep

McKenna Stevens had a five-point night for Okanagan Hockey Academy, notching a goal and four assists, while Danica Maynard and Jordynne Hojnocki scored two goals and an assist each. Elly Lowe made 11 saves between the pipes to register the win for OHA. 

RHA Winnipeg U18 (1) vs Edge School U18 (3) Female Prep

Shannon Pearson opened the scoring for the Edge School on the powerplay, Elle Lorenz scored the go-ahead goal late in the second period and Sade Sandilands added an insurance marker on the powerplay in the third period for Edge School. Emily Carson turned aside 25 of 26 shots to record the win in net.

Okanagan Hockey Academy U17 (1) vs South Alberta Hockey Academy U18 (6) Female Prep

Keira Grant had two goals and one assist for South Alberta Hockey Academy, Tea Pearce and Brianna Finke had a goal and a helper each. Kendal Davidson and Norah Andronyk notched solo markers to round out the scoring for SAHA. Maddy Ferguson made 16 saves to register the win between the pipes. 

St. Mary’s Academy U18 (1) vs RHA Kelowna U18 (7) Female Prep

Chloe Primerano had four points for RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna, scoring a goal and adding three assists. Maddie Leaney scored twice, while Brielle Kelly-Paquet, Emilia McDermid and Hailey Armstrong picked up a goal and an assist each. Keara Parker scored a solo marker to round out the scoring for RHAK.
