Former Edge School and International Hockey Academy (IHA) student-athlete Michael Neumeier has committed to Colgate University for the 2023/24 season.
Neumeier spent two seasons in the Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL), joining IHA for the 2016/17 U15 season. In 16 games the Kerrobert, SK defenseman recorded 2 goals and 6 assists. He would join the Edge School U15 Prep team the following season, finishing with 9 points in 25 games.
In 2019/20 Neumeier would suit up for the Kindersley Klippers of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL). In parts of two seasons there he would record 12 points in 41 games.
Neumeier has spent the last two seasons in the North American Hockey League (NAHL) with the Bismarck Bobcats, tallying 66 points in 116 games.
Located in Hamilton, NY, Colgate University is an NCAA Division I program competing in the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC).
