Delta student athlete Andregg signs with Americans

The Tri-City Americans have signed Canadian Sport School Hockey League student athlete Bryson Andregg to a Western Hockey League (WHL) Standard Player Agreement.

Andregg, 16, is currently attending the Delta Hockey Academy, where he has registered three points (2-1-3) in 10 games with their Midget Prep team so far this season.

“I am honored and excited to sign with the Americans,” said Andregg. “I knew it was a great organization with welcoming players and staff after my first training camp. The players seem to love it there and I felt that signing with the Americans would better myself as a hockey player and a person.

“I’m excited to see what the future holds.”

The six-foot defenceman from Dallas, TX was selected in the ninth round, 190th overall, by the Americans at the 2018 WHL Bantam Draft.
