CSSHL Rewind: January 11

The first big weekend of 2019 in the CSSHL saw seven games played on Friday, spread across five different Divisions.

MIDGET PREP DIVISION

Edmonton, AB – Blake Jacques (Winnipeg, MB) tallied a pair of goals for the Northern Alberta Xtreme as the team finished ahead of the Rink Hockey Academy by a 6-4 score.

Calgary, AB – A goal and a helper off the stick of Julianna Duma (Winnipeg, MB) paced St. Mary’s Academy to the 5-1 win over the Edge School.

Calgary, AB – Jaedon Little (Wymark, SK) banked one goal and set up two others for the Prairie Hockey Academy as the team decided the 4-3 win over the Edge School.

Delta, BC – Jack McKeown (Calgary, AB) launched the overtime game winning goal in the back of the net to lift the Yale Hockey Academy to the 3-2 feat over St. George’s School.

Delta, BC – With two goals and an assist, Josh Wessels (Richmond, BC) lead the scoring as the BWC Academy took the 6-2 win against the Okanagan Hockey Academy.

Victoria, BC – The loan goal of the game was scored by Nolan Wyatt (Campbell River, BC), while Damian Perovic (Surrey, BC) recorded the shutout win in the Pacific Coast Hockey Academy crease as the team blanked the Pursuit of Excellence 1-0.
