CSSHL alum Marritt commits to Northern Michigan

Canadian Sport School Hockey League alumni Connor Marritt has committed to attend and play NCAA hockey at Northern Michigan University.

Marritt, 20, attended the Okanagan Hockey Academy from 2014 to 2017.

The Kelowna, B.C. product played the 2015-16 and 2016-17 seasons in the Midget Prep Division, registering 49 points (22-27-49) in 66 games, along with three points (2-1-3) in seven post-season games.

Marritt spent the 2014-15 season with the Okanagan Hockey Academy Elite 15 team, recording nine points (3-6-9) in 24 games.

The six-foot-one forward just completed his second season with the Vernon Vipers. In 109 career BCHL regular season games, Marritt has netted 50 points (19-31-50) in 109 games, along with nine points (5-4-9) in 31 career post-season contests.
