Forward Gibb Coady has committed to the University of Wisconsin-River Falls for the 2021/22 season.
Coady has spent the last three seasons in the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) with his hometown Okotoks Oilers. In 87 AJHL games he has recorded 37 points.
Prior to making the jump to junior hockey, Coady spent three seasons in the Canadian Sports School Hockey League (CSSHL). During the 2014/15 season he played for the Pursuit of Excellence (POE) U15 Prep team, tallying 5 points in 17 games.
He would join Edge School the next two seasons, playing for their U16 Prep and U18 Prep teams. In 58 games with Edge School he would score 24 goals and add 17 assists.
Located in River Falls, Wisconsin, the University of Wisconsin-River Falls are members of the NCAA Division III Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC).
