Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL) student-athlete Mirko Buttazzoni will join the Alberni Valley Bulldogs for the 2021/22 British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL) season.
Originally from Langley, BC, Buttazzoni played in the CSSHL for four seasons with three different academies. He joined the league in 2017/18, tallying 33 points in 29 U15 games for Okanagan Hockey Academy (OHA). The forward would join the BWC Academy U15 Prep team in 2018/19, finishing with 22 points in 27 games.
In 2019/20 he would suit up for the West Van Academy U16 Prep team, scoring 9 goals and adding 16 assists in 33 games. He would spend the 2020/21 campaign back at BWC, finishing with four points in four U18 Prep games.
