Blazers put pen to paper with Levis

The Kamloops Blazers have signed Canadian Sport School Hockey League student athlete Connor Levis to a Western Hockey League Standard Player Agreement.

Levis, 15, has attended St. George’s School the past three seasons, most recently competing on their U18 Prep team, where he registered 26 points (12-14-26) in 33 games, along with five points (2-3-5) in two games at the 2020 BDO CSSHL Championships.

During the 2018-19 season, the Vancouver, B.C. product netted 62 points (24-38-62) in 26 games with St. George’s U15 Prep team, while also adding three points (2-1-3) in three games at the 2019 BDO CSSHL Championships.

The six-foot-one forward was part of the 2018 CSSHL U15 champion St. George’s team. In 30 games during the 2017-18 season, he had 90 points (44-46-90), while also registering an impressive 25 points (12-13-25) in five games during the 2018 BDO CSSHL Championships.

The Blazers selected Levis in the first round, 20th overall, at the 2019 WHL Bantam Draft.
