Canadian Sport School Hockey League student athlete Luigi Benincasa will play for the Alberta Junior Hockey League’s Spruce Grove Saints in the 2020-21 season.
Benincasa, 17, attended OHA Edmonton this past season where he led his U18 Prep team in goals with 34 and points with 73 (34-39-73) in 36 regular season games played.
The Edmonton, Alta. product also appeared in five games with the Saints this past season, recording his first career AJHL goal in the process.
Benincasa appeared in one game at the 2020 BDO CSSHL Championships.
