Penticton, British Columbia (November 10, 2020) — The Canadian Sport School Hockey League (CSSHL) and InStat Hockey have agreed to a partnership in relation to video analysis and statistical data services for the 2020-21 CSSHL season.
The InStat Hockey platform is used by league and federation offices, coaches, scouts and management as a data and communication tool for coaching, player development, statistical analysis and scouting purposes. At the team level, coaches and players can receive detailed game-by-game analytical reports, statistical breakdowns, and emailed links, all corresponding to relevant video.
“We are very excited to announce our new partnership with InStat.” states Kevin Goodwin, CSSHL Chief Operating Officer.
“The members of our league have been very impressed with InStat’s platform and the number of video clips that are obtained after a game video is broken down. Not only is it a great teaching tool for the coaches to utilize but it is also an amazing promotional tool for our student athletes as all of their shifts are put into personal folders and uploaded to the InStat platform for scouts, general managers and coaches to view.”
Mark Yates, InStat Director of North America, says they are pleased about their partnership with the CSSHL.
“It is with great honor that InStat partners with the CSSHL, one of the premier development leagues in the world. We hope to continue to assist in further development of players and aid in helping them achieve their goals of moving on to the next level of hockey.”
