2020 WSSC: Day 3 Rewind

It came down to a three-team tie-breaker to determine the final spot on Championship Sunday as the final day of the round robin at the 2020 World Sport School Challenge did not disappoint.

Ryan Lumley (Sarnia, ON) had a pair of goals as Okanagan Hockey Ontario were 4-1 winners over St. Andrew’s College.


CIH Academy (2)
International Hockey Academy (1)

Titus Falsetto (Royal Palm Beach, FL) stopped 26-of-27 shots fired his way as the CIH Academy held on for a 2-1 victory over the International Hockey Academy.

Elite Hockey Program (1)

Andrew Stephan (Montreal, QC) was sensational in net, stopping 38-of-39 shots, as the Ontario Hockey Academy punched their ticket to the championship with a thrilling 2-1 win over the Elite Hockey Program.


Delta Hockey Academy (4)
Hill Academy (1)

Carrion Merriman (Surrey, BC) scored twice as the Delta Hockey Academy used a three-goal middle stanza to take a 4-1 win over the Hill Academy.


Pacific Coast Hockey Academy (7)
St. Andrew’s College (0)

Josh Davies (Airdrie, AB) and Mason McNeil (Victoria, BC) each scored twice, while Max Prazma (Calgary, AB) stopped all 18 shots he faced as the Pacific Coast Hockey Academy defeated St. Andrew’s College by a 7-0 score.

Brenden Coon (Plano, TX) found the back of the net three times, as the Elite Hockey Program jumped out to a five-goal first period lead and never looked back en route to a 7-2 win over Okanagan Hockey UK.

A two-goal, one-assist effort off the stick of Brenden Coon (Plano, TX) paced the Elite Hockey Program to a 6-2 win over the Edge School.
