Prep: Delta extends streak to 15 with shutout over Coeur d' Alene

DELTA, BC – Jeremy Kelleway (White Rock, BC) grabbed his fourth shutout of the season as the Delta Hockey Academy extended their winning streak to 15 games with a 5-0 win over the Coeur d’ Alene Hockey Academy in Canadian Sport School Hockey League Prep Division action on Saturday afternoon.
 
Sean Comrie (Edmonton, AB / Brandon Wheat Kings) led all skaters with a goal and assist, while Luke Zazula (Langley, BC), Jack Judson (White Rock, AB), Bradley Ong (Vancouver, BC) and Devon Vorster (Richmond, BC) each added a single.
 
Kelleway stopped all 12 shots he faced in the Delta (24-3-0) crease, moving his record to 13-1-0 on the year.
 
Delta held leads of 3-0 after 20 minutes and 5-0 going into the final frame.
 
Matthew Brunton (Delta, BC) and Bailey Brkin (Edmonton, AB) combined to make 42 saves between the pipes for Coeur d’ Alene (6-19-2).
